The location of the hotel is ideal, being close to the sea and near the center of the old city. The room was beautifully designed with clever use of space, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, offering helpful tips and recommendations. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh and tasty food, including handmade pastries. The hotel also had a charming and welcoming atmosphere, making the stay enjoyable.
The inn's name may be deceptive, as it is not as luxurious as advertised.

This hotel in the center of Palermo was a great find. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with helpful information and even printing out documents for us. The rooms were lovely, with a little balcony to enjoy the view. The breakfast was always a treat, with delicious cakes baked by Daniella.

We had a fantastic stay at a luxurious hotel in this city. The staff were really good and were really nice too assist us. The breakfast was amazing, especially the delicious cakes. The hotel's location in the Old City was perfect for exploring the major attractions and it was conveniently located right next to a really good restaurant. We also loved how close it was to the walking area in this city, making it easy to explore on foot.

Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, spacious and nicely decorated rooms. Clean and modern bathrooms. Enjoyable European style breakfast with a variety of options. Good value for money and highly recommended.
